Tees River Rescue
Education is key in reducing accidental drowning in the UK. Our water safety programme can educate on the dangers of open water and importantly how you can keep yourself safe.
Our team can visit your school or group to talk about water safety.
We can present to groups of any age and size and will tailor our presentation and content to suit.
Typically we require 45 minutes to 1 hour and will cover a range of topics such as:
Dangers of open water
Safe places to have fun and swim
Recognise danger signs
How to help and call for help
See some of the equipment we use and some you may find around the river
How to help yourself with some self-rescue techniques
Get in touch with us to discuss your needs.
We do not charge for our education delivery but do ask for a donation or fundraiser to support our work.
