Rescue

Rescue primacy on the River Tees is Cleveland Fire brigade on the upstream section and downstream of the barrage is Coastguard/RNLI.

We focus on prevention and patrols, but we can assist in rescue and carry rescue equipment both on our boats and also in our vehicle.

Our crews train in MOB (man overboard) procedures, throwline training, defib and CPR training and more.

As a team we are always looking for ways to improve and work with partners.

Fred is our rescue dummy and loves having a swim in the Tees.
